Over the course of six-months I have had the pleasure of working with Caroline Donaldson. Having not taken the time-out to think about ‘me’ and my own personal development for some time it has been a stimulating and motivating experience. Caroline is an excellent coach, friendly and professional at the same time and our sessions together helped me to reflect on my working persona, management style and areas for improvement. It has given me such a boost and I would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline as an executive coach.

I found the coaching from Caroline very helpful, allowing me to formulate the key questions I needed to answer. The coach was a challenging sounding board and made me consider actions I need to plan (and have done some) to increase effectiveness.

Caroline worked with the Agency’s executive management team in a number of really eye-opening sessions.  Most instrumental was her ability to help us all realise our different strengths and weaknesses but, most importantly, our different perceptions of each other and the ways we communicate.  I think that this was revelatory and, over a period of a year, quite transformational.  Having stepped up a gear, the executive team was then helped by Caroline to look wider at the functioning of collaborative relationships across the organisation.  This is also now delivering real benefits.

Caroline’s professional approach influenced my decision to engage the services of Kynesis Coaching.  She was always prepared, punctual and quickly progressed decisions, discussions and actions.
