I feel much more confident that I can tackle personal challenges in my work (e.g. managing difficult relationships, dealing with pressure) and have the tools to do so. I am not taking personal responsibility for things all the time but I am holding others accountable and sticking within my own defined boundaries more.  I am also generally more positive about work and am focussing on the positive things rather than dwelling on the less positive – and I have more personal resilience. My team have commented that I am delegating more and others have commented that I am much more positive.

I’m a more positive role model for my team and am helping them to step back as well. I’m taking the lead on the right things while delegating more effectively.  I’m providing positive motivation and support for the team.

One financial benefit is that we have at least paid for the coaching by avoiding one set of recruitment fees for one of my team – because I was in a better position to help her survive using some of what Caroline taught me and also because I was more positive and motivated to make things work myself.  The coaching was a very positive experience and helped me survive at a very difficult time.  I would like to do it again with a different mindset in different circumstances and I’m sure I would learn different things.  It was a very important support for me at a very difficult time.

Caroline was a coach who made me feel comfortable quickly and I had the confidence to explore any manner of issues.  Despite the range of issues which might be covered, Caroline always brought the discussion and each session back to focused and tangible outputs and I found that very important.

The experience of coaching was new to me and I wasn’t sure what to expect or how useful it would be.  In fact I found that working with Caroline was extremely helpful.  The sessions were carefully tailored to address the issues I wanted to progress and the advice and analysis of how best to progress was very insightful.  I found Caroline’s input a real asset – I would highly recommend coaching with her to anyone!

It was great to work with Caroline on teasing out some of my long held views around my abilities, skills and experience – and how those views could be holding me back. Caroline was extremely flexible in approach, adapting relevant insights, tools and frameworks to deliver a mix of practical and theoretical support, all served with a wicked sense of humour which made the sessions really enjoyable!.  Whilst for me the most significant turn around was the increase in self belief, my promotion to Operations Director is also a tangible benefit of the results of working with Caroline.
